教学:讲授《大学物理》、《热力学与统计物理》、《半导体物理与器件》等课程。

 

研究领域:理论凝聚态物理。

主要方向是有机电子学,研究有机分子材料中因动力学无序和量子相干性引起的光、电、磁现象及其输运机理。

对于激发态量子动力学,我们掌握并发展了能处理复杂电-声相互作用体系的时间演化密度矩阵重整化群(tDMRG)结合正交多项式方法,基于Davydov Ansatz的全量子动力学方法(用于计算多维相干电子谱),级联运动方程法(HEOM),以及势能面跃迁方法(surface hopping)。

对于器件模拟,我们主要采用基于漂移-扩散-复合方程的器件模型方法(Device modeling),基于动力学无序模型(DDM)的Ehrenfest动力学方法,基于散射算符的李普曼-施温格方法(用于计算单分子输运),以及基于高斯无序模型的(GDM)的动力学Monte Carlo方法(KMC)等。

    迄今已发表论文近40篇,被引200多次,H因子为10

Research Interests:
Theoretical condensed matter physics. We study the electron, exciton and phonon dynamics in molecular materials by t-DMRG, device modeling, scattering operators, surface hopping, and HEOM methods.
